I'm Deepak Bhardwaj. I work in IT across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and OCI), data platforms, databases and AI/GenAI. Like everyone in IT support, a lot of my day goes into getting a stuck system working again.

I started HubDatAI to share what I wish I'd had on every bridge call: clear steps that get from the error message to the fix, plus the checks that stop it happening again. If a post here saves you an hour during an incident, it has done its job.

Why this site exists

HubDatAI is a personal knowledge-sharing blog, written for IT support professionals: the engineers, administrators and DBAs who keep systems running and answer the call when they don't. It collects the notes we usually keep in personal wikis: the commands you need during an incident, the checks to run before a change, and the reasoning behind a fix.

  • Not a business. There are no products, services, consulting offers or paid content here.
  • Free to read and use. No ads, no sign-up, no tracking for marketing.
  • Personal views. Everything here is my own experience and opinion, not that of any employer or vendor.
  • Vendor names (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Databricks and others) are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the technology.

How posts are written

  • Runbook: step-by-step procedures for a known task or failure.
  • Troubleshooting: start from a symptom and narrow down the cause.
  • Cheat sheet: the commands you reach for every week, in one place.
  • How-to and Checklist: setup guides and pre-flight lists.

Use with care

Warning

Commands here are examples shared in good faith, with no warranty. Check them against your environment, the vendor documentation and your change process before running them in production.
